Q6: What punishments are examinees being liable to for cheating?
A: Examinees found cheating will be punished in accordance with the Provisions for Handling Cheating in Professional Qualification Exams" promulgated by MOHRSS. Within two weeks after the exam, information concerning cheaters, after verification, will be published on the official website of Shanghai Professional Testing Authority: www.spta.gov.cn, as well as the punishment decision.

A: According to the national administrative rule that applicant should register for national professional qualification exams with the local authority, only permanent residents (with household registration), or students of institutions of higher learning in Shanghai, or people residing in Shanghai with a valid residence permit (not including temporary residence permit) , or other people meeting similar conditions can sign up for and take the Junior National Accountant Qualification Exam in Shanghai.

A: 1. Applicants should read relevant instructions and check their own documents carefully to make sure that they meet the requirements. Applicants cannot refund ANY payment already made.
2. Applicants are accountable for the truthfulness and validity of the information they provide. This commitment is a prerequisite for getting the passing certificate as said before.

If they use other browsers or do not reset the IE browser as instructed, applicants may be unable to log into the registration system, and you cannot make payments or upload photos. 6. All applicants should register a user account before signing up for the exam. Applicants who have registered but failed to pass the previous examination need to re-register this year.
7. Applicants must make sure that they remember their account number and password which are needed for making inquiries or modifications to their registration information, printing their admission ticket and getting their exam result. In case an applicant forgets the account number or password, he or she can click the box "Find back the account number and password" on the login interface, and enter the registration information as instructed to retrieve the number or password. For retrieving the account number, the applicant needs to enter the number of his or her ID, residence permit or Mainland Travel Permit, as well as his or her name; for retrieving the password, the applicant needs to enter the registered phone number and reset the security questions and answers.
8. In the process of registration, applicants can modify the registration information before completing the payment. After confirmation of payment, however, the registered information cannot be changed.
9. Registration will be successful and completed after applicants submit the registration information and pay the fees, and then applicants will receive the confirmation information. Any applicant who fails to submit their information or pay the fees before the deadline is considered as giving up the right to registration.
10. Applicants who have completed the registration should be download and print their admission ticket within a set deadline, or otherwise they would be considered as giving up the right to take the exam.
Q10. How can I make online payments? Is it necessary to use the applicant's own bank card for online payment?
A: Any applicant can pay the fees through the UnionPay system with any bank card that carries a "UnionPay" mark and has been licensed for online payment (cards issued by ICBC or CMB are recommended). In other words, the online payment can be made with any usable bank card, in addition to the applicant's own. In case of any problem, please call 95534-6 for UnionPay customer service.
If repeated payments are made as requested by the online system or for any other reason, UnionPay will automatically check the account after the registration is completed, and refunds will be made to the paying card within about one month. The exact time of refund depends on the settlement speed of the card-issuing bank.

A: 1. Photo processing tools are tools for checking and processing registration photos, and only qualified electronic photos can be uploaded in the registration process. It must be noted that the descriptions on the interface are the general requirements at the national level but do not apply to Shanghai. The local registration system of Shanghai requires updated photo processing tools and there is a special note in the corner. A: As approved by the pricing authority of the municipal government, the registration fee is RMB 10 yuan and the test fee is RMB 40 yuan per subject. The registration fee, test fee and charges for books or coaching materials for the exam should be paid through online banking system during registration. Payment should be made before the registration is completed, or otherwise the registration is failed.

After the books arrive in the city, there is still a lot of sorting and packaging work to be done before the delivery can be made. Therefore, under normal circumstances, applicants will receive their books in late December 2017.

Q16: How will the invoices or receipts be sent to me?
A: 1. For applicants who have ordered the syllabus and coaching materials, the receipts of the registration fee, the test fee and payment for books will be delivered together with the books by courier.
2. Applicants who have not ordered the syllabus or coaching materials may claim the receipt of the registration fee and the test fee at the local Finance Bureau office before December 31, 2017, with their ID card and registration number. If the receipt is not claimed before December 31, 2017, it shall be deemed as given up.
Q17: When should I print my admission ticket?
A: Applicants who have successfully complete their registration should download their admission ticket from the website of Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau (www.czj.sh.gov.cn) and print it from 10:00 am, May 4, 2018 to 24:00 midnight, May 8, 2018. Any applicant who fails to print the admission ticket within the above time frame is deemed as giving up the exam.

Q19: What documents are needed to claim the qualification certificate?
A: Whoever have passed the exam may claim their passing or qualification certificate with: their ID card, diploma, residence permit, identify proof by employer, and students’ identity certificate.
Q20: What can I do if I lose my ID card or admission ticket before the exam?
A: Applicants who unfortunately lose their ID card before taking the exam must report to the local police office and get a replacement ID card or identity proof documents (with photos). Any applicant who loses his or her admission ticket must download and print the ticket again within the time frame as described above.
