From Jan. to Oct. 2014, the total local government expenditures of Shanghai Municipality amount to RMB 330.5 billion, 7.5% up in annual terms. Among all, the expenditure goals for promoting public health and family planning, public security, science and technology, social security and employment, and transportation have been better fulfilled.
