2. For registration of CPA training courses, please contact Shanghai Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

3. Accounting practitioner qualification exam is conducted by Shanghai Municipal Financial Bureau with papers prepared according to the syllabus designed by the Ministry of Finance. Professional schools with relevant and appropriate qualifications from the education authority can offer preparatory trainings for the exam. In other words, accounting practitioner qualification trainings are now open to all.
