II. General public budget expenditures

From Jan. to Oct. 2020, the general public budget expenditures of Shanghai Municipality amounted to RMB 662.96 billion, down 7.9% on an annual basis. Priority was given to key areas such as ensuring social stability and economic development, and supporting the development of the public health system.
