I. General public budget revenues

From Jan. to Oct. 2022, the general public budget revenues of Shanghai Municipality totaled RMB 665.26 billion, up 1.1% year on year after deducting VAT credit refunds, or down 5.9% before deduction.

II. General public budget expenditures

From Jan. to Oct. 2022, the general public budget expenditures of Shanghai Municipality totaled RMB 663.45 billion, up 10.3% on the annual basis. Expenditures have met budgetary goals better in prioritized areas such as public health, energy conservation and environmental protection, and commercial services.
