From Jan. to April 2010, the general public budget revenues of Shanghai Municipality amounted to RMB 265.65 billion, down 13% annually.

II. General public budget expenditures

From Jan. to April 2020, the general public budget expenditures of Shanghai Municipality amounted to RMB 257.67 billion, down 6% on an annual basis. Priority was given to key areas such as COVID-19 prevention and control, and resumption of production and work.
