I. General public budget revenues

From Jan. to Sept. 2020, the general public budget revenues of Shanghai Municipality amounted to RMB 561.36 billion, down 5.9% annually. 

II. General public budget expenditures

From Jan. to Sept. 2019, the general public budget expenditures of Shanghai Municipality amounted to RMB 530.4 billion, down 7.5% on an annual basis. Priority was given to key areas such as ensuring social stability and economic development, and supporting the development of the public health system.
