I. General public budget revenues

From Jan. to Sept. 2021, the general public budget revenues of Shanghai Municipality amounted to RMB 647.92 billion, up 15.4% annually. Fiscal revenues remained stable overall. 

II. General public budget expenditures

From Jan. to Sept. 2021, the general public budget expenditures of Shanghai Municipality amounted to RMB 552.05 billion, up 4.1% on an annual basis. Priority was given to transport and public health.
